PC Hardware Profile

Welcome to my PC Hardware Profile of my actual PC. This PC was build by myself in April 2020 10 years after my last self build PC.

By the way here you can see the hardware profile of my last PC that had a long odyssey. From the 12. upgrade you can see the last setup. Some I took within my actual PC because they still work very well.

Doom (2016)

  • Resolution: 1920x1080px @ 144Hz
  • Details: Ultra
  • FPS min./Ø/max.: 60/110/200
  • Platform: Steam (Steam Play, Proton 6.14-GE-2)

Doom Eternal

  • Resolution: 1920x1080px @ 144Hz

  • Platform: Steam (Steam Play, Proton 6.16-GE-1)
  • Driver: Nvidia 470.74 (at this time)
  • Notes: Because there were some game launching issues the Texture Pool Size is set to Ultra. PC Games Hardware (German) Benchmark Route. Measured with MangoHUD.

FarCry 5

  • Resolution: 1920x1080px @ 144Hz
  • Details: Ultra (TAA & HD-Textures)
  • FPS min./Ø/max.: 79/102/124
  • Platform: Steam/Uplay (Steam Play, Proton 6.0-GE-1)
  • Driver: Nvidia 460.67 (at this time)

Horizon: Zero Dawn – Complete Edition

  • Resolution: 1920x1080px @ 144Hz
  • Details: Ultra (FidelityFX CAS off)
  • FPS min./Ø/max.: 33/61/92
  • Platform: Steam (Proton 6.5-GE2)
  • Driver: Nvidia 460.67 (at this time)

Notes: It’s correct that in the benchmark results is Windows 10 displayed because Wine is set to Windows 10. HZD needs DirectX 12 to run and it’s only available on Windows 10 layer. In addition I did 2 measurements with enabled Intel Turbo Boost and without because there was at this time a bug in the Proton version which led to the fact that the base clock cannot be determined correctly. That results in slow motion animations and asynchrone sound and picture. This issue was fixed by a Glorious Eggroll Proton version.
